To initiate a refund request, please email hello@narrative-minds.com with your name, email address, and the reason for cancelling your order. Refund requests submitted after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.

Upon receiving your refund notification email, our team will review your request to determine eligibility for a refund. If your request meets the criteria outlined in this policy, we will process your refund within 7 days.

Termination of Services:

If you receive a refund under our money-back guarantee, it will immediately terminate all services provided under the Agreement and Narrative Minds Terms of Use. You are required to cease using the prompts and materials provided and delete all related emails upon receiving a refund.
